Ginger Recipes
Pumpkin Gingerbread |
Ingredients :
- half cup or 200 g flour
- half teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- half teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 240 ml pumpkin puree
- half cup melted butter
- half cup brown sugar
- 120 ml molasses
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp water
How you make it
Preheat oven at 250°F or 180°C
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, ginger,cinnamon and nutmeg
Mix pumpkin puree ,melted butter ,molasses ,sugar ,ginger,water and eggs in another bowl
Combine both ingredients on two bowls
Bake - 350°F for 50 minutes to one hour
Cool - remove from oven and let it on the pan for about 10 minutes , then slice it & eat it

Ginger TEA |
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 lemon
- ginger
- cinnamon
- cayenne pepper
- honey
Method
chop the garlic , the onion and the ginger , juice the lemon .
put the garlic , onion, ginger cayenne pepper and cinnamon to pour boiling water and cover the top , let it for 5 minutes boil and then uncover , then add the lemon juice and honey , drink and relax
